Ashley Partington is a Talent Agent and Head of Commercials, Branding, and Celebrity Endorsements at Arise Talent Agency.

Three days after graduating film school in New York City, in 2006 Ashley hopped in her Ford Focus and relocated to sunny Los Angeles. Within a year she had worked in casting and production but found her passion for talent while working as an assistant at a top commercial agency. In 2013 she was thrilled to accept a job as a commercial/endorsement agent at one of the top commercial agencies in town, Abrams Artists Agency. After a brief time as Vice President of LA Talent Agency, where she grew the commercial department and added a youth commercial and theatrical department, Ashley returned A3 Artists Agency (formally Abrams) in 2020 as a partner and Head of Brand Partnerships and Commercial Endorsements.  Ashley joined Arise in 2024 and is now focused on continuing to grow and expand department, leveraging her expertise to connect talent with opportunities in commercials, branding, and endorsements.
